Sorry for not updating this in a while. I just acquired a used HP 1660 logic analyzer with original manuals, disks, etc… I don’t know how rare these disks are, so I’m uploading them here. There were 7 in total, and I saved them with IMD. That means you should be able to copy them over to a regular floppy and have an identical copy. You will need IMD and DOS to write copies.

There were 6 HD and 1 DD. One disk was not able to be read on track 0, head 0.
